Cross Street Partners and Wohlsen Construction entered into a joint venture partnership to serve as the general contractor for the Solomons Nursing Center expansion. The facility, located in Solomons, MD, specializes in short term rehabilitation, long term, respite, and palliative care.
Construction on this $5.25 M began in fall 2014 and was completed summer 2016. The 25,000 square foot light gauge metal and wood new construction includes 23 assistant living apartments, 12 private nursing suites, and dining room addition.
