As the Payroll and Benefits Specialist at Cross Street Partners, Cynthia oversees the management of employee’s compensation and benefits programs. Ms. Jolley ensures that employee payroll and benefit payment complies with state and federal laws and regulations. In addition, Cynthia manages and administers employee benefits and retirement programs, including researching healthcare plans, evaluating the benefits and costs of wellness programs, and evaluating job positions for classification and salary requirements.
Prior to joining the Cross Street Partners’ team, Cynthia utilized both her Payroll and HR background assisting previous employers with structuring their HR departments, as well as developing Payroll Processes and Procedures, that were the most beneficial to the company.
Ms. Jolley holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in human resources management; and is currently exploring the idea of obtaining her Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.
