As senior project superintendent, Frank will handle the day-to-day construction operations at the Packing House in Cambridge, MD. Mr. Berterman is a broadly respected construction professional with over 40 years’ experience. Frank has a strong background in supervision of large, complex projects, completing over 40 project management assignments during his career. He is known for completing projects on time and within budget. He has experience managing all aspects of the job from foundation to roof including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, foundation and site work. During his career he has handled the day-to- day responsibility for the expenditure of resources, daily liaison with the estimating departments on value engineering issues, budget allocation for materials, evaluation, and placement of personnel as well as the frequent and detailed interface with architects, engineers, project contractors, and site management to resolve issues.
