Gary G. Fennig, CCM

Owners Representative

Mr. Fennig directs and manages Cross Street Partners’ interests as Senior Owner’s Representative on both in-house and third-party construction projects. He is involved from the onset of the project through to delivery managing the design and construction processes, including oversight of budgets, estimates, contracts, schedules, quality assurance, safety compliance, and commissioning/closeout. He works closely with development teams to provide design development cost, phasing and schedule analysis. Mr. Fennig has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry including senior management and leadership roles in general contracting, design-build, and program management.

Prior to CSP, Mr. Fennig was a Senior Construction Program Director for Jacobs, involved on numerous capital programs for the federal government including GSA office buildings and courthouses, private healthcare institutions, and state and federal research laboratory projects in the mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the US. Prior to this he was an Operations Manager for Maryland based Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse where he managed large-scale institutional, residential and commercial construction projects. He has also worked for national general contractors and construction managers with at-risk building experience in government, commercial, residential and healthcare projects.  Mr. Fennig has experience in historical renovation for government clients.

Gary Fennig obtained a Bachelors of Science in Construction Administration with a Specialization in Real Estate Development from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and a Master’s of Business Administration from Loyola College in Baltimore. He is also a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) – through the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
