Cross Street Partners

As Property Manager, Maggie is responsible for the day-to-day operations and facilities management of 405 E. Oliver Street, a 70,000 square foot commercial property that is home to 30 artist studios and the Station North Tool Library. Maggie actively works with the property ownership, consultants, and community partners to develop more tenant spaces, long term capital improvements, as well as relaunching the beloved AREA 405 gallery/event space.

Prior to joining Cross Street Partners and working in property management, Maggie worked in exhibition departments at various art museums including the Hirshhorn and the Baltimore Museum of Art. Maggie holds a B.A. in Art from Luther College and an M.F.A. in Multidisciplinary Practice from the Maryland Institute College of Art. Maggie is a detail-oriented self-starter with a passion for physical spaces, creative communities, and fire/life safety.
