Cross Street Partners

As Development manager at Cross Street Partners (CSP), Matt assists the development team with financing, entitlements, design, and construction. Matt is primarily engaged with the Baltimore Penn Station redevelopment in addition to supporting CSP’s other projects in Baltimore, MD Winston-Salem, NC, and Dayton, OH. A Baltimore native, Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Urban Studies from the University of Miami as well as a Master’s in Real Estate from the Harvard Graduate School of Design.

Prior to joining CSP, Matt helped to plan, finance, and launch Brightline – the nation’s first private passenger railroad system. Matt is passionate about urban design, connectivity, and economic development and enjoys spending his free time exploring Maryland’s state parks.
