Cross Street Partners

As Development Director of the Home Building division, Michael supports the development and construction teams with the entitlements, financing, design, construction, sales, and marketing of Cross Street Partner’s residential projects. Michael manages the Henderson Crossing residential development in East Baltimore in collaboration with CSP’s construction division.

Michael brings 10 years of business and real estate experience with a background in consulting, sales, and project management. Prior to joining Cross Street Partners, Michael oversaw the development and management of commercial projects in the DC metro region, recently directing the financing, build-out, and leasing of a multi-tenant office park. He has previous experience working on residential remodels and started his career as a middle school math teacher for Baltimore City Public Schools. Michael holds a bachelors degree in marketing management from Grove City College.
