As director in the construction division, Molly is responsible for managing the overall construction of the historic preservation and adaptive reuse of the Hoen Lithograph
Building. Day-to-day responsibilities include direct oversight of all construction including subcontractors, schedule, and budget.
Prior to joining Cross Street, Molly oversaw the renovation and revitalization of over 40 hotel projects throughout the United States and the Caribbean from pre-construction services including cost estimating to final closeout. From small historical adaptive reuse to multi-million luxury resort renovations, Molly’s integrity, eye for detail, passion for architecture and knowledge of the various hotel brand standards made her a leader in the industry and key personnel at Continental Contractors. In 2006, she oversaw the company’s expansion to the West Coast opening their California office and became the qualifying individual for the state contractor’s license. By 2018, the satellite office had grown from less than $5 million to $35 million and accounted for 50% of the company’s overall yearly revenue.
Molly’s most notable project at Continental Contractors was the $14 million guest room renovation of the El San Juan Resort & Casino in San Juan, Puerto Rico where efforts to engage the local community was a priority and over 300 local residents worked under various subcontracts.
