Mr. Hulse manages Cross Street Partners’ construction projects, from business development to completion and delivery of the space. Mr. Hulse has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He oversees numerous project managers, project engineers and site superintendents, oversight of budgets, purchasing, scheduling, quality control and production. He works closely with development teams to provide design development cost analysis.
Prior to CSP, Mr. Hulse was Operations Manager for Maryland at Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse. Mr. Hulse was responsible for all commercial and retail construction for both in-house and third party clients in the Maryland area, including construction feasibility analysis, coordination of design development, value engineering, construction cost estimating, project scheduling, contract administration, and customer relations. He has extensive experience in historical renovations for non-profit and institutional clients, including one of his most notable projects: the recent renovation of the American Brewery in East Baltimore.
Steve Hulse obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from Johns Hopkins University.
