This $100 million project will be a mixed-use, LEED certified development on Interstate-195 Commission Parcels 22 & 25 in Providence, that will serve as an anchor for the city and state’s Innovation District. The building will become the center of the innovation ecosystem in Providence, providing space for: Cambridge Innovation Center, District Hall, Spec lab and office space, Brown University, and J&J Innovation / Labs.
